						2025 Camilla Stivers Award The Public Management Research Association is proud to recognize Gabriela Spanghero Lotta, Iana Alves de Lima, Mariana Costa Silveira, Michelle Fernandez, João Paschoal Pedote, and Olívia Landi Corrales Guaranha as recipients of this year’s Camilla Stivers Award for their article, “The Procedural Politicking Tug of War: Law-Versus-Management Disputes in Contexts of Democratic Backsliding” (Perspectives on Public Management and Governance, 7(1–2), 2024, pp. 13–26). Their work was selected for its exceptional contribution to scholarship on gender, equity, and democratic governance in public management.
